Navigating Social Media Restrictions and Finding Your Voice Again

When I decided to return to social media, I did so with a clear purpose: to create a space where I could leave breadcrumbs for those who truly want to understand who I was and how I think. I wasn’t looking for popularity or empty likes. I wanted to be real, raw, and unfiltered. But almost immediately, I was hit with a wall—a "Community Standards" violation for spamming after sending my very first friend request to my wife. That request and a simple comment were deleted. Facebook locked me out of my original account, wiped out three of my other four accounts, and still restricts my new profile nearly three months later. All because I dared to be social and speak the truth.

This is not just a story about social media restrictions. It’s about fighting to keep your voice alive when the system tries to silence you. It’s about resilience, defiance, and leaving your mark no matter the obstacles.

The Reality of Social Media Restrictions

Social media platforms claim to be open forums for connection and expression. Yet, their algorithms and policies often act like gatekeepers, deciding who gets heard and who gets muted. When I sent a friend request to my wife and liked a few pictures, I was simply trying to be social. Instead, I was branded a spammer.

This experience is not unique. Many people find themselves restricted or banned for actions that seem harmless or even essential to building relationships online. The rules are vague, enforcement inconsistent, and appeals often ignored. The result? A frustrating cycle of being silenced without explanation.

Why I Keep Coming Back

Despite the restrictions, I keep returning to Facebook. Why? Because I have a message to share, and I refuse to let these walls stop me. My goal is to drive traffic to my new website, where I post blogs that reflect my true self and core beliefs. The traffic is growing, and I’m grateful for every visitor.

More than that, I’m grateful for the 16 friends who have reached out in the last three months and the countless others who watch silently from the sidelines. To those who turned their backs when my words disturbed their comfort, I make no apologies. If your house was on fire and you were asleep inside, you wouldn’t complain if I woke you up. The same applies here.

Leaving a Wolf Print

I’m not here to blend in or play by the rules set by faceless moderators. I’m here to leave my wolf print all over Facebook—to remind the sheeple that the wolf told them so. This isn’t about rebellion for rebellion’s sake. It’s about being true to myself and influencing those around me to live a full, loving life that would make God proud.

The posts on my previous accounts were real, raw, and honest. They challenged people to think, to wake up, and to live authentically. Many couldn’t handle that truth. But I stand firm. The wolf doesn’t apologize for howling.

Staying True When the System Pushes Back

Social media platforms are powerful tools, but they are not neutral. They reflect the values and priorities of their creators, which may not align with yours. When you face restrictions, remember that your voice matters beyond the algorithms.

Keep sharing your truth. Keep building your community. Keep leaving those breadcrumbs for the ones who want to follow your path. The wolf’s howl will always echo louder than silence.
