The goal is to kill the “I” — not the “AM.”

The “I” is ego.

The “AM” is truth.

“I am now” means stop waiting to become. Stop talking about who you want to be and start living like that man already exists.

Decide who you want to be.

Then move like him.

Think like him.

Speak like him.

Train like him.

Forgive like him.

Control yourself like him.

And watch how quickly you become him.

But cheat yourself, and you cheat that man too.

Every day is another chance to be loyal to the better version of yourself. The ego will get in the way. It will demand attention, anger, pride, revenge, validation.

That is when the hard lessons begin.

Be slow to anger.

Quick to listen.

Strong enough to be still.

Because the man ruled by ego is easy to move.

But the man who knows I AM cannot be shaken.
